We understand that some may be concerned with the safety issues. Therefore, we would like to use this opportunity to mention the actions we have been taking.

At Japan Food Express we are following the government advice.

• Regular handwashing using warm water and soap is mandatory for all staff.
• Anti-bacterial hand sanitizers are placed in the office and warehouse.
• Regularly touched surfaces, such as door knobs are cleaned often with anti-bacterial wipes.
• Enclosed spaces, such as the office are ventilated by opening windows and doors.
• Social distancing is enforced within all parts of the company.
• Social distancing is enforced during deliveries to customers. Customers may ask drivers to wait at a distance whilst they inspect the delivery.
• When making deliveries drivers are to wear face masks.
• Reduced the number of workers coming into the office and warehouse in order to reduce risk.
